These Founder Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern enrollment in The Embodied Creator founding cohort. By completing checkout you agree to these Terms.
1) Program overview
The Embodied Creator is a 6-month live mentorship and creation container that combines frequency work, business strategy, and implementation. Founders participate in a co-building process that evolves in real time.
2) Co-building mentorship acknowledgment
You acknowledge and agree:
This is a co-building mentorship. Parts of the curriculum and assets are created live and refined during the cohort.
Content created in calls will be uploaded as replays and resources after sessions.
Templates for copy and graphics unlock in November 2025.
The Sacred Business Dashboard is produced during the 6 months using a provided template. You receive access as sections are completed.
You will leave with customized assets you build with support. Exact outcomes depend on your participation and implementation.
3) What is included
Three Live Q&A + Hot Seat calls per month.
One Group Elarien Frequency Session per month.
Community access for questions between calls.
Replays, templates, and the Sacred Business Dashboard as released.
Reasonable support in the community within two business day.
4) Founder tuition and payment terms
Your Founder tuition and tier are shown at checkout.
Pay in full (PIF) is charged once at enrollment.
Payment plans bill monthly for six payments and stop after the sixth charge.
You authorize recurring charges for the plan you select.
If a payment fails you agree to update payment information within 5 days. Access may pause until the account is current.
5) No-refund founder rate
Founder pricing reflects a significant discount in exchange for your participation, feedback, and a testimonial. All sales are final. No refunds are offered for PIF or installment plans.
6) Schedule and changes
Live call dates are posted in the community and Dashboard. If a change is required, a new time will be offered and a replay provided.
7) Access window
Access to community, replays, and the Dashboard is provided for the duration of the 6-month container. Founders may receive extended access at our discretion.
8) Community standards
This is a supportive space. Treat all members with respect. We reserve the right to remove content or participants that disrupt the environment or violate these Terms.
9) Coaching and mentorship disclaimer
We provide education, mentorship, and energetic facilitation. We do not offer legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Results vary based on many factors, including your effort and timing. No outcome is guaranteed.
10) Recordings and promotional use
Group calls are recorded. By participating you grant us permission to record, store, and share replays inside the program. With your consent, we may reference anonymized wins or testimonials in marketing.
11) Intellectual property
All program materials, frameworks, and templates are our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own business use. You may not distribute, sell, or teach these materials outside your business without written permission. You retain ownership of your own content and business assets.
12) Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of members and invite you to do the same. Share only what is yours to share. Do not republish or disclose private member information.
13) Tech requirements
You are responsible for maintaining internet access, device, and accounts necessary to participate. If you use Solaria, we provide plug-and-play funnels you can customize.

By enrolling you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms, including the co-building mentorship model, access timeline, and no-refund founder rate.
